Snappy Closets was developed to fill a storage need that before was unmet. We strived to design and produce the most simple and beautiful storage system available.
Simplicity: In both design and installation we have developed a storage system that is completely accessible to everyone.
Design: Snappy Closets offers a variety of storage options. By limiting the available dimensions to the most commonly required sizes, we are able to narrow the selection to a less than head-ache inducing selection process. By combining several PODs with PODX and extra closet rod, we believe that everyone will find the right product to suite their needs.
By hanging the PODs instead of setting them on the floor, your options are increased. Store shoes or suitcases or boxes down below, or just marvel at the suspended look of these beautiful units!
Installation: We ship our products either fully assembled and ready to hang or knocked down for assembly. All that’s required is a screw gun, a level and a bit of enthusiasm!
Materials: We are committed to using only the highest quality materials.
Plywood: All the plywood used to construct your closet is 3/4” thick veneer core plywood for box construction and 3/4″ thick MDF core for flat fronts. No particle board, no 5/8” material. The veneers (either maple or mahogany) are both real hard wood veneers. Furthermore, the plywood we use is FORMALDEHYDE FREE, meaning less toxins in your home.
Drawers: Snappy Closet drawers are constructed using the Blum metabox system. This includes metal sides with integral 3/4 extension nylon glides, plywood bottoms, fronts and backs.
Closet Rod: We use only chrome plated metal rods for a look and durability far surpassing anything else available.
Hinges: Blum Euro (fully concealed) hinges are our standard.
Pulls: The pulls we have selected are high-end, brushed chrome pulls with a slightly contemporary look to fit into any environment.
Closet Construction: Hand made right here in the USA!
Fasteners: We use the minifix RTA cam and bolt system for easy assembly and strong connections.
Our Shop: Our shop is full of custom cabinet makers. We have all been building high-end cabinets for at least 10 years. This gives us the eye for detail that is required to produce the most beautiful product possible.
Fronts: We always aim for a true 1/8” reveal between all doors and drawer fronts. These fronts are hung under the most level conditions, so it’s of great importance that during installation the closets are also hung extremely level to produce the best looking results.
Pricing: The combination of efficiency in our shop with fewer design options allows us to pass on savings to you. So while our materials are top grade, the price is completely affordable.
